These croutons super simple to make with only two ingredients. They make a flavorful addition to any salad!
1 loaf of Italian, French, or sourdough bread
4 Tbsp Epicurean Butter Roasted Garlic Herb Flavored Butter
Preheat oven to 200°F.
Cut loaf of bread into even-sized cubes, about ¾ of an inch wide.
Spread cubes out on a baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes. Check on them often, as it depends on how dry the bread is. You'll want the cubes dry on the surface but soft on the inside.
Melt Roasted Garlic Herb Flavored Butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add cubes to skillet and spread them out in a single layer. Once lightly browned on one side, turn them over. Continue to brown each side. When all sides are lightly toasted, remove from heat.
Serve them on a salad of your choice.
Use them all immediately, or store for up to a week in an airtight container, making sure they cool completely first.
