All sales are final. Epicurean Butter does not offer or accept returns of any products. However, if your order is damaged or melted, please contact us.

If a refund is processed due to issues with an online order, please allow 2-5 business days for it to reflect on your credit card statement. Please reach out to us if you don’t see the refund after 2-5 business days.
