Garlic Parmesan Brown Butter Pasta
A simple, yet flavorful meal to add to your dinner rotation. It may even be good enough to replace spaghetti and meatballs.
1 pound fresh pasta
1 (3.5 oz) Epicurean Butter Garlic Parmesan Flavored Butter
1 Tbsp regular butter
1 tsp coarse ground black pepper
¼ cup toasted pine nuts
¼ cup parmesan cheese, shredded
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Drain and set aside.
In large skillet, heat Garlic Parmesan Flavored Butter over medium-high heat.
Cook the butter until you start to see little dots of brown. Then toss the pasta in butter until well coated.
Place a tablespoon of regular butter in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
Crack the eggs into pan and fry, season and cook to taste.
Distribute pasta into four bowls, top with egg then black pepper, pine nuts, and parmesan cheese.
