Cinnamon Brown Sugar Steel-Cut Oatmeal
Steel-cut oats toasted in Cinnamon & Brown Sugar Flavored Butter adds even more flavor to this classic breakfast favorite.
6 Tbsp Epicurean Butter Cinnamon & Brown Sugar Flavored Butter, divided
1 cup steel-cut oats
4 cups water
pinch of salt
fresh berries, for garnish
Bring 4 cups water to a boil in a kettle.
Melt 2 tablespoons Cinnamon & Brown Sugar Flavored Butter in a saucepan set over medium heat. Add oats and toast for 2 minutes.
Add boiling water and salt and reduce heat to a simmer. Cook, stirring occasionally for 20-25 minutes.
Spoon into warm bowls and top each bowl with 1 tablespoon Cinnamon & Brown Sugar Flavored Butter. Garnish with berries and serve.
