1 pound potatoes
2 Tbsp olive oil
salt, to taste
3 Tbsp Epicurean Butter Chili Lime Flavored Butter
Preheat the oven to 450°F.
Cut potatoes into equal-size strips.
Toss raw potato strips with enough olive oil and salt to lightly coat.
Evenly spread on a baking sheet covered in tin foil and greased.
Roast in oven until golden brown, about 25 minutes. Flip strips halfway through.
Once potatoes are fully cooked, melt 3 tablespoons of Chili Lime Flavored Butter on the stovetop or in microwave.
Toss the potato strips in a bowl with melted butter until evenly coated.
Add more salt and butter to taste.
