These warm sweet rolls go well with a chilly morning. Made with frozen puff pastry dough, Epicurean Butter, and sugar, they'll have your house smelling like fall flavor in no time.
Preheat oven to 425°F. Have a 12-cup muffin tin ready.
Melt both tubs of Cinnamon & Brown Sugar Flavored Butter in a small saucepan.
Place 1 teaspoon of melted butter in the bottom of each muffin cup.
Add ½ teaspoon of sugar to each cup.
Open one sheet of puff pastry and brush sheet with half of the melted butter.
Sprinkle half of the sugar evenly over the dough.
Cut dough into six even strips. (Note: use a ruler to measure out six 1 ½-inch scores on the dough to make cutting even strips easier.)
Roll each strip into a loose pinwheel and place one in each muffin cup.
Repeat this process with remaining sheet of puff pastry and remaining butter and sugar, until you have 12 rolls in the pan.
Refrigerate pan for 15 minutes for best results.
Place in oven and bake for 10 minutes. Rotate the pan and bake for another 10 minutes. (Note: if rolls start to get too dark, tent the pan with aluminum foil.)
Turn muffin pan over to release rolls, or remove from muffin cups with tongs.
