Four simple ingredients come together in a buttery cookie filled with the taste of pumpkin spice. Pair with a PSL for max fall flavor.
1 cup Epicurean Butter Pumpkin Spice Flavored Butter, slightly softened (Note: this requires having 3 (3.5 oz) tubs)
⅔ cup granulated sugar
2 cups flour
turbinado sugar, for sprinkling
Preheat oven to 325°F. Lightly grease an 8"x8" baking pan.
Cream Pumpkin Spice Flavored Butter and sugar.
Add flour and stir until mixture is crumbly.
Press into prepared baking pan and use a fork to dock the top of the dough so steam can escape. Bake for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and cut into 16 bars and sprinkle with turbinado sugar.
Bake for another 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
This recipe calls for 1 cup Pumpkin Spice Flavored Butter which will require having 3 tubs of Epicurean Butter Pumpkin Spice Flavored Butter.
