Chili Lime Street Corn
Using only three ingredients, you can have Mexican-style street corn packed with flavor for a summer cookout.
4 ears of corn, shucked and cleaned
1 (3.5 oz) Epicurean Butter Chili Lime Flavored Butter
½ cup cotija cheese, crumbled
optional: chopped cilantro
Heat grill to medium-high.
Grill corn, turning often, until slightly charred all over. About 10 minutes.
Brush corn with Chili Lime Flavored Butter.
Generously sprinkle with cotija cheese.
Optional: garnish with chopped cilantro.
