A New Orleans-Style Shrimp recipe with a twist. Lemon Garlic Herb Flavored Butter pairs perfectly with seafood.
2 Tbsp cajun seasoning
2 Tbsp olive oil
16 ea jumbo shrimp, peeled
½ cup amber beer
3 Tbsp Tabasco
3 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 (3.5 oz) tub Epicurean Butter Lemon Garlic Herb Flavored Butter
Toss shrimp in cajun seasoning until well coated.
Heat olive oil in cast iron skillet over high heat.
Add shrimp and cook 30 seconds and flip and cook just until pink.
Remove shrimp from pan and set aside.
Add beer, Tabasco, and worcestershire sauce to pan, turn heat down to medium-high.
Reduce liquid by half.
Whisk in Garlic Herb Flavored Butter.
Add shrimp back to pan and warm.
Transfer shrimp to bowls along with sauce in pan.
optional: crusty bread, for serving
Optional: serve with crusty bread and rice.
