Use an electric mixer to beat in the Honey Flavored Butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg yolk and beat again.
Add dry ingredients and mix just until combined.
Wrap dough in plastic wrap and chill until firm enough to roll, about 15 -20 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out dough to ¼-inch thick and cut into desired shapes.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until set and lightly golden brown.
Make frosting:
In a small bowl, beat powdered sugar and Honey Flavored Butter until fluffy, add milk in small amounts until frosting is ready to spread. Tint with food color, if desired.
Decorate cookies.
