A juicy, perfectly cooked steak with tons of flavor. All it takes is a scoop of Black Truffle Flavored Butter. Serve it with potatoesand roasted veggies for a restaurant-quality dinner at home.
Ingredients
2 New York strip or ribeye steak, about 1 ½ inch thick
salt and pepper, to taste
2 Tbsp Epicurean Butter Black Truffle Flavored Butter
Directions
Season steaks liberally with salt and pepper, let rest at room temperature for up to 40 minutes.
Heat grill to high and clean/oil grilling grate.
Place steaks on grill and cook until slightly charred, 4-5 minutes. Turn them over and continue to grill until deep char has developed and internal temperature is 135°F. for medium-rare (3-5 minutes), 145°F for medium (5-7 minutes), or 150°F for medium-well (8-10 minutes).
Transfer steaks to a cutting board and rest for 5-10 minutes.
Top each steak with 1 tablespoon of Black Truffle Flavored Butter.
