Steak With Black Truffle Butter
2 New York strip or ribeye steak, about 1 ½ inch thick
salt and pepper, to taste
2 Tbsp Epicurean Butter Black Truffle Flavored Butter
Season steaks liberally with salt and pepper, let rest at room temperature for up to 40 minutes.
Heat grill to high and clean/oil grilling grate.
Place steaks on grill and cook until slightly charred, 4-5 minutes. Turn them over and continue to grill until deep char has developed and internal temperature is 135°F. for medium-rare (3-5 minutes), 145°F for medium (5-7 minutes), or 150°F for medium-well (8-10 minutes).
Transfer steaks to a cutting board and rest for 5-10 minutes.
Top each steak with 1 tablespoon of Black Truffle Flavored Butter.
