While your basic cheesecake is nothing short of delicious, take it up a notch with graham cracker crust. This one has the perfect hint of extra flavor without having to do more work.
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
1 (3.5 oz) tub Epicurean Butter Cinnamon & Brown Sugar Flavored Butter
¼ cup brown sugar
Preheat oven to 300°F.
Crush graham crackers using a food processor or with your fist in a ziploc bag.
In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, melted Cinnamon & Brown Sugar Flavored Butter, and brown sugar until combined.
Press the mixture into a 9-inch pan and make sure it’s tight and compact. Use a flat bottom measuring cup to press down.
Bake for 10 minutes and let cool in the pan for 5 minutes before removing. Let cool entirely before adding filling.
