These A1 Steakhouse Butter Deviled Potatoes are bite-sized, bold, and loaded with rich, tangy flavor thanks to our A1 Steakhouse Butter. Perfect for parties, tailgates, or anytime you want to impress.⁠

Ingredients

1 lb baby potatoes
2 tbsp Epicurean Butter A1 Steakhouse Flavored Butter
2 tbsp mayo
1 tsp Dijon mustard
salt & pepper to taste
chives or crispy bacon for garnish (optional)
paprika (optional)

Directions

Boil or roast potatoes until fork-tender. Let cool slightly.
Halve the potatoes and scoop out a bit of the center.
Mix scooped potato with A1 Steakhouse Butter, mayo, mustard, salt and pepper.
Spoon the filling back in.
Garnish with chives and bacon, and sprinkle with paprika - Serve warm or room temp!
