Perfect for a summer cookout, these juicy burgers are bursting with flavor thanks to the addition of Roasted Garlic Herb Flavored Butter.
2 pounds ground beef (80/20)
1½ tsp salt
1½ tsp freshly ground pepper
1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 (3.5 oz) tub Epicurean Butter Roasted Garlic Herb Flavored Butter, divided
6 hamburger buns
toppings: lettuce, tomato, red onion, pickles, condiments
Clean and oil grill grates and preheat grill to 450°F.
Combine beef and seasonings in a bowl, mixing gently and being careful not to overmix.
Gently shape burgers into six patties and press a deep well into the center of each patty.
Add half of the Roasted Garlic Herb Flavored Butter to a heat-safe pot and place on grill to melt.
Place burgers on grill and grill to desired doneness, flipping halfway. (Rare - 4 minutes total; Medium-rare - 5 minutes total; Medium - 6-7 minutes total; Well done - 8-9 minutes total).
While burgers are cooking, brush each side of buns with melted butter and place on grill, butter side down, until buns are toasted, about 1 minute.
Remove buns and burgers from grill. Divide remaining un-melted butter between each burger, placing a spoonful directly in the well in the center of each burger.
Place burgers on toasted buns, add toppings and serve.
