Lightly oil panini press or grill pan and preheat.
Divide Tuscan Herb Flavored Butter between bread slices and spread evenly on one side of each piece.
Layer butter side of 1 piece of bread with provolone, roasted red pepper slices, spinach, turkey, and place remaining piece of bread, butter-side-down, on top of turkey.
Cook on panini press until cheese is melty and fillings are hot. Alternately, add to grill pan and press with a heavy saucepan, flipping halfway through, until cheese is melty, and fillings are hot.
