Ingredients
1½ cup all-purpose flour
3 Tbsp sugar
1¼ tsp baking powder
¾ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
½ cup pumpkin purée
¾ cup milk
1 Tbsp Epicurean Cinnamon & Brown Sugar Flavored Butter
1 egg
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
optional: maple syrup and powdered sugar for toppings
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients into a large bowl and set aside.
Mix all liquid ingredients into a medium bowl and set aside.
Mix liquid ingredients with dry ingredients until just combined.
Heat a nonstick pan or skillet on low-medium heat. Pour the mix and flip once you start seeing tiny bubbles.
