Oven Roasted Vegetables
Make your favorite vegetables taste better with no additional effort. No chopping or measuring out herbs and spices - make memories, not messes.
3 cups fresh vegetables, cut into pieces
2 Tbsp olive oil
salt, to taste
4 Tbsp Epicurean Butter Roasted Garlic Herb Flavored Butter
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Toss vegetables in olive oil and salt.
Place vegetables on a baking sheet and roast for 30-35 minutes, stirring about halfway through for even roasting.
Remove sheet from oven and toss vegetables with Roasted Garlic Herb Flavored Butter until fully coated. Bake for 3-5 more minutes.
