Chicken Breasts With Chili Lime Butter
A simple weeknight dinner with a surprising amount of flavor. Plus, it's easy to make!
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
salt and pepper, to taste
2 Tbsp Epicurean Butter Chili Lime Flavored Butter
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Pat chicken dry with a paper towel. Season with salt and pepper on both sides.
Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until internal temperature is 165°F. (Note: time may vary depending on breast thickness and your oven.)
When chicken is fully cooked, remove from oven and set aside. While chicken rests, add Chili Lime Flavored Butter to a saucepan and melt.
Plate chicken and top with melted butter.
Serve with veggies and a starch.
