Prosciutto-Wrapped Chicken With Garlic Herb Epicurean Butter From Hello Fresh

Last fall, we announced that Epicurean Butter Single Serve Packets would be appearing in Hello Fresh meal kits from time to time, and we’re happy to say that our relationship continues into this year’s summer months with the recent Prosciutto-Wrapped Chicken over Truffle Mushroom Risotto meal kit. The recipe was featured in the late May 2018 menu, and, of course, we had to order it for ourselves.

We may be biased, but we are not lying when we say the flavor profile of this Prosciutto-Wrapped Chicken is off the charts. The saltiness of the prosciutto, the creaminess of the Arborio rice, and the distinctiveness of the truffle oil combined to create one freshly complicated set of tastes. We were also impressed with the staying power of the garlic notes, which so often get lost in sautéed meals. In this case, we think the early inclusion of the garlic cloves and the late inclusion of the Epicurean Garlic Herb Butter into the rice allowed for the notable difference.
