Kick
your grilled cheese up a notch with Roasted Garlic Herb Flavored Butter. These cheesy, toasty
sandwiches taste like mini pizzas and come together in a snap!
Ingredients
1 (3.5 oz) tub Epicurean Butter Roasted Garlic Herb Flavored Butter, softened
8 slices thick-cut sourdough bread
12 oz sliced mozzarella cheese, about 16 slices
optional: tomato soup, for serving
Directions
Spread Roasted Garlic Herb Flavored Butter on one side of each piece of bread.
Place a large, non-stick skillet over medium-low heat.
Add two slices of bread, butter side down, to the skillet and top each slice of bread with four slices of mozzarella, followed by another slice of bread, butter side up.
Cook over medium low heat until bread is golden brown (4-5 min), flip and toast the other side, 4-5 min.
Repeat with remaining sandwich ingredients.
Serve warm with tomato soup, if desired.
